We're excited to announce an opening for a Home Consultant to join our growing team. we are looking for someone who loves people as much as they love the idea of homeownership.

Someone who can read a room, build trust, keep things light when it matters, and handle the chaos when it doesn't.

This Home Consultant role isn't your typical sit-behind-a-desk job. You'll be walking homes, meeting all kinds of personalities, answering a million questions, and helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. It's part sales, part problem solving, part relationship building...and nyes, part keeping your cool when things get interesting.

We're looking for someone who is:

Driven without needing to be micromanaged

Confident but not pushy

Personable, quick-thinking, and adaptable

Able to take ownership and show up like it matters (because it does)
