Meet our Co-Manager

Laura is the newest member of the management team in the Hermiston store.

Laura and her husband Jake are the management team for Clayton Homes Hermiston store. They are originally from Southeast Idaho. They moved to Hermiston 1.5 years ago to take over the store. They prefer the slower pace of life and the strong community bonds found in smaller towns.

A strength that Laura brings to the team is her ability to find solutions and offer support. Laura has decades of customer service experience. She has become an expert offering the best customer experience by viewing each customer encounter (good and bad) from the customer's point of view, working with them to create the best outcome.
